It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Locust of Stilwell, Oklahoma, born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Gann and Nannie Gann (Carl Locust); her sister Lou Ella Gann; her niece Shelia Vann; her great-nieces, Jazmin Garcia and Tanisha Vann; her brothers-in-law, Ernest Diver and George Ross; and her nephew Marcus Soap.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Locust (Ronald Elk) of Park Hill, OK and Carlos Locust of Stilwell, OK; and her siblings, Lucille Ross of Park Hill, OK, Nellie Diver of Bunch, OK, Carolyn Gann (Johnny) of Muskogee, OK and Wilkie Springwater of Stilwell, OK. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
