She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Starr and Ira Rebecca Starr (Coleman); her siblings, Pete Starr and Esther Zapalack; and her son Benjamin Floyd Chambers.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Pat Chambers Sr.; her children, Jill Marie Chambers of Arizona, Jerry Pat Chambers Jr. of Oregon, Billy Joe Chambers and Dana of Stilwell; her daughter-in-law Jackie Chambers of Stilwell, OK; and her siblings, Alfred Starr of North Dakota and Joanne Rose of Washington. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
