He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie C. Kelley and Sonya Pearline Cooper Sill (Cooper); his stepmother Ruby Mae Kelley; his uncle Marion Herschel "Sonny" Cooper; his siblings, Johnny Kelley, Joan Kelley Phillips and Mitchell Day; and his niece Lisa Kay Stills.
He is survived by: his daughter Maryann Jacqueline Baldwin; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Tiffany, David, Brooke, Jakki and Douglas; and his nephews, Dwayne Kelley (Michelle Kelley Ashley), Jason Day and Cortin Day. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
