He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lea and Minnie Lea; his siblings, Clyde, Bill, George, Robert, Frank Lea, Maxine and Minnie Faye Lea; and his great grandchildren, Skylar and Sierra.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Lea of Colcord, Mark Lea (Jo) of Stilwell and Scott Lea (Karin) of Watts, Oklahoma; his siblings, Wayne Lea of Portland, Kentucky, Louise Britton of Monterrey, Peggy Harrison of Charlotte and Wanda Pickett of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Shali Spence of Colcord, Rachel Fletcher of Rogers, Matt Lea of Stilwell, Dakota Lea of Colcord, Tayllor Lea of Colcord and Sarah Lea of Watts, Oklahoma; and his former wife Mary Rose.
