He was predeceased by: his brother Brent Davis; his father Willard Earl Davis (Jeff); and his grandparents, Earl Levi, Alline Davis (Center), Jewel Davis (Ketcher), Roy Cantrell and Jimmie Cantrell (Adair).
He is survived by: his mother Janice Cantrell; his son Levi Jeffrey William Davis; his sister Kim Hamric (Steve); his close friend Cheryl Mathews; and also Tonda Davis. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and multiple other family members, neighbors and friends.
