He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McCollum and Edna McCollum (Morgan); and his siblings, Violet Keen, Jessie McCaleb, Gertie Lou McCollum and George McCollum.
He is survived by: his wife Martha McCollum; his sons, Tommy Joe McCollum and Preston Jay McCollum (Westville); his sisters, Billye Baird of Stilwell, OK and Myrtle Dolan of Anderson, MO; and his grandchild Whitney Jay McCollum of Westville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
