He was predeceased by: his mother Becky Doublehead (Gonzalis); and his aunts and uncles, Raydeen McReynolds (Gonzalis), Madeline Soap, Lydia Young, Louann Soap, Dorothy Gonzalis, Emmaline Teehee, Ted Gonzalis of Stilwell Oklahoma, Bob Gonzalis of Stilwell Oklahoma, Finis Gonzalis of Stilwell Oklahoma, Charlie Doublehead of Stilwell Oklahoma and Hiner Doublehead of Stilwell Oklahoma.
He is survived by: his father John Doublehead; his siblings, Robert Price and Donna Gray; his uncle Adam Doublehead; his aunt Carolyn Calphan of Stilwell, Oklahoma.; and his son Bradley T. Doublehead of Prairie Grove. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, friends, and his dog.
