He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Dale and Shirley Ann Tibbit (Kelley). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dalana Vann of Stilwell, OK, Matthew Dale Tibbit (Kelsey) of Prairie Grove, AR. and Rebecca Lee Tibbit of Stilwell, OK; his great grandchildren, Zadon, Zoey Hallmark and Zenlee Taylor; and his sisters, Karen Dotson (David) of Stilwell, OK and Debbie Smith (Rick) of Pocola, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
