He is survived by: his significant other Lucretia Yvonne Elms; his brother Woody Elms of Taglequah, OK; and his children, Valerie (Duane Muncy) of Council Grove, Vincent Elms (Janice Harper) of Bentonville, AR, Rev. Valton Elms (Denise) of West Fork, AR and Vicki Morris (Randy) of Stilwell, OK. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
