He was predeceased by: his parents, Doy Delaney and Wilma Delaney (Trollinger); and his brother Donald Ray Delaney. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Hall and Lisa Bolinger; his significant other Hazel Capps; and his sister Shirley Brown. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Roberts Reed Culver Funeral Home (801 W Locust St, Stilwell, OK 74960). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
