She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Williamson and Bessie Williamson; her husband Oather Parker; her sister Juanita Raleigh; her children, Lacy Parker, Anthony Parker (Bubby) and Loretta Rachwal; her son-in-law Stewart Higgins; and her grandchildren, Mark Higgins, Charles Parker, Steven Park and Nancy Bishop.
She is survived by: her sister Avo Swafford of Fayetteville Arkansas; and her daughters, Arlene Higgins of Watonga and Yvonne Garcia (Ted) of Watonga. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 41 great grand children, and 13 great great grandchildren.
