He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Guthrie and Dona Ann Guthrie (Dooley). He is survived by: his wife Carley Guthrie (Thorn); his children, Donna Hayes (Dewayne) of Roland, OK, Lynn Hamlin, James Guthrie of Roland, Tressa Guthrie of Sallisaw, OK, LaDonna Bailey (Dewayne) of Westville, OK and Donald Guthrie of Westville; and his sister Anna Mae Sellers of Stilwell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
