She was predeceased by: her parents, James Levi and Beatrice Hudson (Dearman); her husband LaVerne Smallen; her siblings, Sam, Richard, Benny Hudson, Ruby Horn, Glynis Hudson and Jimmie Wadsworth; and her great great grandchild Paiden.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Dean Smallen (Sue Ann Smallen); her grandchildren, Jason "Jake" Smallen (Jennie Sue McCuistion), Jerriad Smallen (Melanie Clinton), Landon "Chase" Eldridge, Dustin Ward (Autumn), Sammy Ward, Daniel McCuistion, Lacie, Saydee, Kayden, Chloe, Mila, Keira Ward, Caitlyn and Conner McCuistion; her nieces, Alice Faye Jack and Lola Hake; and her great-nephew James Gilbert. She is also survived by several other relatives and many friends.
