He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Proctor; his children, Shamil Nicole Glass (Chuck) of Stilwell, Carl Wayne Proctor Jr. (Bobbie) of Stilwell and Brittany Michelle Proctor of Stilwell; his brother Robert Proctor (Darlene) of Weatherford, TX; and his grandchildren, Akirra Proctor, Jefferey Proctor and Aaliyah Proctor. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
