He is survived by: his mother Mary Miller; his son Billy Dean Kirk Jr.; his siblings, William Kirk (Linda), Mark Kirk (Lisa), Jessie Kirk, Sandra Holmes (Gary), Kim Ford (Trent) and Marlene Eagle (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Raniy Kirk, Weston Kirk and Carla Kirk; his girlfriend Amy Vann; his girlfriend's children, Michael W Hooper (Jamie), Kaheya Steeley (John), Mariah Hooper and Kiana Hooper; his grandson Ahbleza Easton Hooper; and also, Nadie Hooper, Nova Hooper, Rowean Black, Ayliana Steeley and Gussie Steeley.
