He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sr. Dreadfulwater and Rebecca Dreadfulwater (Manus); and his daughter Stacey Dreadfulwater. He is survived by: his siblings, Albert Dreadfulwater (Sheila) of Tahlequah, Phillip Dreadfulwater (Karla) of Longview, Texas, Charlotte Essman of Tahlequah, Rebecca Dreadfulwater of Tahlequah and Angelina Badillo (Humberto) of Tahlequah; his sons, Donald Ray Dreadfulwater, Anthony Dreadfulwater and Andrew Dreadfulwater 3rd; and his grandchildren, Angel Rose Rynnice Dreadfulwater, Lylli Proctor, Nathan Dreadfulwater and Savanah Rose Dreadfulwater.
