He is survived by: his parent Toolate Vann; his stepfather Rufus Grimmett; his mother Charlotte Grimmett of Stilwell, OK; his siblings, Warren Vann of Coleman, FL, Mack Vann, Kenneth Vann and April Vann; and his daughters, Mandy Wolf (Jeffrey) of Stilwell, OK, Jamie Vann of Stilwell, OK, Lacie Vann of Stilwell, OK and Lawanda Eagle of Tahlequah, OK. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
