She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Sparks Sr.; and her brother Anthony Sparks Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jermaine Mintz Jr. and Violet Gallego; her mother Catche Worsham; her stepfather Gregory Worsham; and her sister Parris Wallace. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
