She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Doris Orton, Alvis Orton, Ethelyn Hutchins and Earl Hutchins. She is survived by: her parents, Perry W. Orton and Deborah R. Orton; her children, Jaxon James of Kacee, TJ, Kacee Grace, TJ Hunter and Rylee Rae; her husband Thayne Hurd; her sister Nicole Foster (Jayson); and her nephew Matthew Stanley.

Those who wish to remember Tamara may make contributions in her memory to the Immanuel Baptist Church in Perkins, Oklahoma.
