He is survived by: his wife Emma Lee Evans; his children, Angela Dawn Lewis Harting, Kelsi Rae Lewis Blasier and Stephen Kody Lewis; his siblings, Fred C. Lewis, William Jo Lewis (Bill) and Mary Ellen Lewis; and his grandchildren, Kailee Jo Harting, Tanner Harting, Ayrali Blasier, Payli Blasier, Kaslyn Blasier, Alexander Lewis and Addilynn Lewis.
