She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Sumpter and Pearl Louise Sumpter (Thurman); her siblings, Leon of Bill, T. J., Gerald and Betty; and her husband Keith Minshall.
She is survived by: her children, Shane Webb of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Blake Webb (Heather) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Staci Smith (Aaron) of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Tony Minshall (Nickie) of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Wayne Minshall of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Jordan Webb, Hannah Webb, Ayden Webb, Kaitlyn Webb, Kylie Smith, Drue Smith, Taylon Smith, Aison Smith, Ryan Minshall and Leah Minshall; her great grandchildren, Kaisen and Briggs Webb; and her brother Delbert Sumpter (Louann) of Chandler. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
