He is survived by: his wife Kay Cook of Stillwater; his children, Connie Nicholson (Richard Nicholson), JoAnna Mitchell (Stephen Mitchell), Carolyn Flynn and Russell Cook (Nikki Cook); and his grandchildren, Andrew Mitchell (Miranda Mitchell), McKayla Cook, Ashlynn Towne (Andrew Towne), Meagan Nicholson, Corbin Flynn, Aubree Nicholson, Jayda Cook, Alex Mitchell, Rustyn Cook and Millie Flynn.
