He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McDonald and Margaret Leona McDonald (Carroll); and his pets, Dee and Gromit. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his siblings, Roger McDonald and Joan McDonald Smith; his sister-in-law Rebecca Larson (Ian Scheff); and his pet Waffles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
