He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Sean and Joshua Tovar; and his siblings, Hector Tovar, Eleazar Diaz, Isaac Tovar and Aaron Tovar.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Tovar (Kimberly) of Perry, Melinda Foshee (Jimmy) of Perry, Todd Tovar (Shannon), Michelle Green (Herbert) and Melody Kloxin (Greg); his grandchildren, Jacob Tovar, Jared Tovar, Erin Buono, Faith Tizcareno, Taylor Parker, Moriah Almazan, Kylee Abele, Mia Tovar, Michael Green, Amanda Keener, Josiah Kloxin and Judah Kloxin; his sisters, Magdalena Arevalo, Martha Perez and Juarez; his pet Gus; and also, Bryan and Linda Cox. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
