He was predeceased by: his parents, Baba Farajollahi and Khadijah Ahmadnejad; and his daughter Shelly Luehring (Farajollahi). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Tracy Boyington (Jay Boyington) and Wendy Farajollahi; his grandchildren, Christopher Harms, Karli Luehring and Alexandra Boyington; his great grandchildren, Franklin and J. R. Harms; and his brothers, Jamshid, Mansour and Azim.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Stillwater Humane Society or the Meridian Technology Center Foundation.
