He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Dude" Lane and Hattie Mae Willis Lane; his siblings, Loretta Watkins and Robert Lane; and his grandson Jerry O'Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Laverne Looney; his daughters, Sherry Ansel, Pat Spencer and Denise Vaught; and his siblings, Betty Unfred, Jerry Lane and Frank Lane. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 23 Great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Stillwater - Dighton Marler Funeral Home (5106 N Washington St, Stillwater, OK 74075). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Perkins Church (404 E 92nd St, Perkins, OK 74059). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery.
