He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Westmoreland and Beulah Jane Westmoreland (Fox); and his brothers, Darrel Franklin Westmoreland and James Carroll Westmoreland (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Jan Westmoreland; his daughters, Christy Lynn Westmoreland Myers (Michael) of Rockwall and Cathy Sue Westmoreland of Edmond; his grandchildren, Gary Michael Myers (Kelli) and Nicole Elizabeth Myers Hinckley (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Jonathan Magnus Myers of Texas, Holland Maven Myers of Texas and Presley Noelle Hinckley of Texas; and his friend Lana Franks of Edmond.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Stillwater - Dighton Marler Funeral Home (5106 N Washington St, Stillwater, OK 74075). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (504 S Knoblock St, Stillwater, OK 74074). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (6500 S Perkins Rd, Stillwater, OK 74074).
