He is survived by: his wife Daun Lyons; his children, Barrett Daniel Spiva, Zoey Gail Spiva, Shirlye Don Spiva of Pawnee and Samantha Kaye Spiva of Agra; his sister Donna Spiva-Doggett (Jay); his nephews, James and Jacob Byram; his brother Jeff Spiva (Heather); and his nephews, Thomas and Johnathan Spiva.
