He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester G. Chase and Velma L. Chase (Schwab); and his siblings, Edith Graham (Doug), Ethel Guffey (Vernon) and Gene Chase.
He is survived by: his son Eddie Glenn Chase; his wife Peggy Sue Sumler; his sister-in-law Kay (Doug Clark); and his nieces and nephews, Gene Chase, Tony Chase, Ricky Graham, Tammy Guffey, Velva Chase, Gina Chase, David Graham (Donna), Jim Graham, Tim Guffey, Debbie Terrel and Allen Chae.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Perry - Dighton Marler Funeral Home (203 Fir St, Perry, OK 73077).
