He was predeceased by: his parents, Eben McGinty and Julia McGinty (Ellis); his wife Ouida McGinty; and his siblings, Al McGinty and Mary Alice Green.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Manuel (McGinty) of Stratford, Janine DiVincenti of Corinth, Scarlette Hall (Ron) of Stillwater and Bobby Chapman of Moore; and his grandchildren, Sarah Null of Argyle, Kassidy Malone, Shannon Kennedy and Kelli Bonds of Moore. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
