She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Dowdy and Beaulah Dowdy. She is survived by: her son Jeff Sjoberg; her grandchildren, Shyla Young and Jeff Sjoberg Jr.; her sister Christine Barrett; her former husband Leonard Sjoberg; her nephews, Shane and Shawn Barrett; and her close friend Linda Johnson.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home (800 S Linwood Ave, Cushing, OK 74023). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Euchee Valley Memorial Park (505 N Euchee Valley Rd, Cushing, OK 74023).
