He is survived by: his children, Carol Sue Wanzer (Christopher) of Ocean Pines, MD and Charles David Russell; his stepchildren, Jan Courtright (Terry) of Stillwater, OK and Larry Best (Gwen) of St. Charles, MO; his granddaughters, Julie Wanzer of Denver, CO and Michele Smith (Ryan) of North Laurel, MD; his stepgrandchildren, Erin Renollet (Jeremy), Dara Beasley (Scott) of Stillwater, OK, Eva Best of St. Charles, MO and Devin Best of St. Charles, MO.; his great grandchildren, Zach, Zoey and Alexis Smith of North Laurel, MD; his nieces, Mary Ellen Sippel (Greg) of Overland Park, KS and Gale Hansen (Jim) of Lexana, KS.; and also, Daxon and Irelyn Renollet of Stillwater, OK..
