Bettie Jo Knight Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bettie Jo Knight of Stillwater, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Knight; her sisters, Glenda Sue and Patsy Ruth; and her son David Mark. She is survived by: her son Dale Knight; her siblings, Margret Awtrey (Conrad) of La Crosse, WI and Wesley White (Angela) of Tulsa, OK; and her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Yuan of Lebanon, NH, Linda Jean Allen of McAlester, OK, Cheryl Awtrey of Madison, WI, David Awtrey of Washburn, WI and Brian White of Grand Rapids, MI..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Strode Funeral Home (610 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Stillwater First United Methodist Church (701 S Duncan St Suite 307, Stillwater, OK 74074).
