We bid farewell to Alana Ilene Harting of Stillwater, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 30, 2024 at the age of 91. Alana touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Smith and Ethel Smith; her friend Leroy Eugene Harting; her former husband Ralph Eugene Sadler; her husband Leroy Eugene Harting; her daughter Ruby Ilene Sadler Kerntke; her son-in-law Robert J. Kerntke; and her granddaughter Sherri Michelle Manning.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Elaine Sadler Arthur (Tony) of Perkins and Gena Sadler Manning of Glencoe; and her grandchildren, Ronetta Kerntke of Stillwater, Roberta Douglas (Bart) of Stillwater, Robert Kerntke II (Sadina) of Stillwater, Tonya Wolf (Larry) of Beggs, Justin Arthur (Chelsea) of Perkins, Julia Brady (Aaron) of Cushing, Minda Arthur-Odell (Justin) of Perkins, Alicia Manning of Stillwater and Troy Manning II of Glencoe. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren and a large extended family.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Strode Funeal Home Chapel (610 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074).
