She was predeceased by: her father William Perry; her daughter Ann Bishop of Beaver Mountain; her husband LeRoy Johnson; her son Tommy Johnson; her grandson Jason Ford (Leslea); her mother Stella Tucker (Ballard); and her siblings, Irving, Paul, Charlie, Billy Joe, Richard Tucker and Reba Carlton.
She is survived by: her son Leon Johnson (Dianne) of Beaver Mountain; her siblings, Mary Jo Bowen of Stigler and Jerry Tucker of Muldrow, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Amy Johnson of Stigler, Jonathan Ford (Kara) of Spiro, Brandon Johnson of Beaver Mountain, Chris Johnson (Darla) of Stigler, Ross Johnson of Muskogee and Worm Bishop (Carrie) of Porum, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Allie Ford, Marissa Bishop, Brooke Bishop, Nova Bishop, Julia Johnson, Joshua Ford, Caleb Ford, Cade Ford, Ethan Johnson, Logan Johnson and Kolt Johnson.
