We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2020, at the age of 85, Roy Kelly (Stigler, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Elmer Kelly and Callie Kelly (Davis); his wife Anne Kelly of Tucker; his daughters, Dianne Kelley (Shawn) of Inola and Debbie Ross (Pat) of Tahlequah; his grandchildren, Kelly Whitney (Zach), Davis Whitney, Matthew Whitney of Tahlequah, Abby Smith (Don III) of Sallisaw, Presley Grimes (Kyle) of Fayetteville, Whitney Keane of Fort Gibson and Chance Ross (Courtney) of Broken Arrow; his great grandchildren, Cole Mahaney, Madilyn Keane, Kinsley Ross and Donald Smith IV; his niece Vickie Kinnick (Robert) of Roland, Oklahoma; his great-niece Jaime Henson (Kyle); his close friend Mary Woody; and also Rider of Sallisaw, Oklahoma..
