He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Scroggins and Delphine Scroggins (Falline); his wife Delois Scroggins; and his brother Norman "Butch" Scroggins. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dana McClary of Tulsa and Kevin McClary (Melanie) of Stigler; his grandchildren, Hunter McClary (Toni), Lake, Ridge McClary and Britnee Blankenship (Chuck); his great grandchildren, Chandler, Kynli, MacKenna Blankenship, Raylynn and Beckett McClary; and his nieces, Donna Kate Scroggins Roberts of Midwest City and Sheri Dawn Scroggins Owens of Newalla.
