He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph Patton and Amy Loeta Patton (Ward); and his siblings, H. L. Patton, Dennis Patton and Wanda Baker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harold (Sharon Patton), Jim (Nancy Patton), Sharon Browning of Whitefield, Oklahoma, Karen (David Caldwell), Pam Nelson of Pryor, Oklahoma and Anita Patton of Pryor, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
