He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Brian Callaway (Leandra) of Guthrie and Scott Callaway (Jennifer) of Land O'Lakes, Florida; his grandchildren, Cobi, Mason, Logan, Preslee and Chandler; and his siblings, John, Tom, Randy and Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
