He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Ritch (Otis) and Louise Johnson Ritch (Lafave); his son Shannon Ritch; his grandson Zachry Holbrook Ritch of Arizona; his daughters, Donna Ritch Barnes and Theresa Ritch Martin (Howard Randy Martin) of Stigler, OK.; his grandsons, Neil Everett Claypool, Jonathan Alexander Claypool of Oklahoma and Howard Randy Martin II; and his great grandchildren, Dominique, Emily Sloan and Ayden Sloan of Arizona. He was also cherished by child in his family and was close to his siblings.
