She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Spence and Grace Spence (Brewer); her children, Jerilyn Hayes and William Alan Lackey; her grandson Quin Hayes; and also William E. Lackey.
She is survived by: her son David Lackey of Stigler, OK.; her grandchildren, Laura Ciampa (Eric) of Islamorada, FL, Leigh Leatherman (Larry) of Muskogee, OK and Mairi Lackey of Stigler, OK.; her great grandchildren, Jacob Combs (Kasey) of Clarksville, AR, William Ciampa of Islamorada, FL and Scotlyn Lackey of Stigler, OK; and her great great grandchild James Alan Combs. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Antioch Cemetery South Cr.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Stigler First Baptist Church Youth Camp Fund, PO Box 33, Stigler, Oklahoma 74462.
