She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamen Peevyhouse and Ollie Peevyhouse (Henson); her husband Loyd Allen; her children, Johnny Lee Allen, Loyd Thomas Allen and Linda Allen; her granddaughters, Teresa Totty and Mindy Totty Shatto; and her siblings, Ernest, Clarence, Wilburn, Jesse, Harlen Peevyhouse, Mildred Williams and Ruby Smith.
She is survived by: her fiancés, Joyce, Don Totty of Bixby, Retha Anthony and Tim Schultz of Enid; and her sister-in-law Ida Peevyhouse of Durant. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 25 great-great grandchildren;4 great-great-great grandchildren; a brother.
