She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Ford and Elva Ford (Haines); her husband Henry Hensley; her daughter Viki Mitchell; and her siblings, Patricia Ford, Shirley Gaskill, Dorothy Reading and James Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Patrick McCaslin, Kara Carter, Roger McCaslin and Michael Hensley; and her sisters, Anna Sue Roberts and Margaret Johnson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
