He is survived by: his children, Shelly Cleveland (Gerald), Sandy Bliss (William, Jr.) of Tahlequah, OK and Jordan Turley of Webbers Falls, OK; his sisters, Phyllis Kay Honeycutt and Shirley Jean Fisher of Stigler, OK.; his grandchildren, Meghan Mayhugh, Jessica Bliss, Courtney Finocchiaro and Kenny Cleveland of Owasso, OK.; and his great grandchildren, Gianna Finocchiaro and Ryker Mayhugh.
