He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Rowe (Clasby); his brother Ronald Rowe; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Davis and Elwanda Wiggins. He is survived by: his parent Gene Rowe; his wife Peggy Rowe; his sons, Brett (Jenni Rowe) of Tulsa and Trace (Nicole) of Skiatook; his grandsons, Nicolas Rowe, Cassidy Rowe, Jude Rowe and Cooper Rowe; his mother-in-law Mildred Davis; his siblings, Jackie (Wes Anderson) and John (Becky Rowe); and his siblings-in-law, Pam Goff, Charlie (Kathy Davis) and Skip Wiggins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
