She was predeceased by: her parents, John Maxwell and Melba Maxwell (Broughton) of Tucker; and her pet Sweetie. She is survived by: her children, Charles Folsom (April) of McAlester, OK, Kennith Folsom (David Ruel) of Portland, OR and Stacy Needham (Folsom) of Elkins, AR; her sister Joan Craig (Nathaniel) of Stigler, OK; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Folsom (Jake Engleman), Ian Folsom (Lexy), Hailey Folsom (Kenny Quintana), Quintin Needham (Erica), Austin Needham (Rebecca Davis) and Briar Needham (Ashley Thomas); and her great grandchildren, Jayden Nelms, Tegan Needham, Kylie Needham and Gemma Needham.
