He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mayhall; his children, Gregory Mayhall (Stacy Lollis) of Porum, Melissa Moore (Chris Zurmiller) and Bud Mayhall (Kaylee) of Stigler; his grandchildren, Brooke, Samantha, Garen, Chaseton, Betty, Caleb, Bryer and MaKylee; and his siblings, Bernon Mayhall of Stigler, Veta Buffington (Chuck) of Stigler, Lisa Brassfield (Bobby) of Stigler and Saundra Mayhall of Stigler. He is also survived by grandkids, 5 step grandkids, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
