He is survived by: his wife Roxanna Powell; his children, Kimberly Payne (Mitch) of Konawa, OK., Steven Powell (Shell) of Red Oak, Dawn Powell of Stigler, Dusty Powell (Sydni) of Water Proof and Kelli Powell (Cody Broome) of McAlester; his siblings, Margaret Madison (Gary) of Cordell, Joyce Bray (Gary) of Stigler, Viva Birchell (James) of Stigler, Phyllis Matias (Eddie) of San Antonio, TX., Carolyn Ballard (late Lonnie) of Eufaula, Brenda Graham (Dave) of Muskogee and Harold Powell (Joyce) of Tamaha; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Powell, Shirley Williams and Linda Voss. He is also survived by 6 grandkids; 11 great grandkids.
