Eugene Oran Mahan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Oran Mahan (Stigler, Oklahoma), who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Oran Mahan and Pansy Irene Mahan (Manning); his siblings, Tommy, Ronnie Mahan and Deloris Mahan; his son Jesse Mahan; his son-in-law Clark Powell; his mother-in-law Vina Gray; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Baxter, Mavis Neal, Leola Fuller and Pansy Lockhart.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jo Baxter; his daughter Connie Powell of Tucker Knob; his grandsons, Danny Powell, Jeffrey Mahan and Dustin Powell (Melanie); his great grandchildren, Oren Powell, Paislee Powell and Lillee Powell; and his siblings-in-law, Dena Basinger, Yvonne Mize, Hanford Baxter (Sharon), Robert Baxter and Ronald Baxter (Carlis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the King and Shearwood Funeral Home (808 E Main St, Stigler, OK 74462). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pentecostal Holiness Church of Quinton.
