He is survived by: his wife Dorothy of Keota, OK; his children, Deborah Green of Spiro, Mary Hall (Danny) of Fort Smith, AR, Susan Brewer (Allen) of Bokoshe and David Tanksley (Cynthia) of Stigler Eight; and his siblings, Lucille Currens of Shady Point, Patricia Honeycutt of Coweta One, Jim Dan Tanksley, Mary Jane Holstead and Carol Lou Sisco. He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren Eleven Great Grandchildren Two Great-Great Grandchildren.
